Les Ormes called on LoungeUp to create their mobile application for their guests and manage all guest communications before, during and after the stay.
Whether it's horse riding lessons, 18-hole golf, water sports, archery, adventure courses, paintball or the bars and restaurants on the estate, guests can book an available slot directly on their phone, without having to contact or visit the reception desk.
Thanks to the integration with Welogin, revenue collection is made as easy as possible for the teams.

Les Ormes uses CRM to better understand their guests' needs, improve hospitality and provide personalised services prior to arrival.
