Les Ormes called on LoungeUp to create their mobile application for their guests and manage all guest communications before, during and after the stay.

Whether it's horse riding lessons, 18-hole golf, water sports‍, archery, adventure courses, paintball or the bars and restaurants on the estate, guests can book an available slot directly on their phone, without having to contact or visit the reception desk.

Thanks to the integration with Welogin, revenue collection is made as easy as possible for the teams.

✔︎ Personalize and facilitate the experience guest

Les Ormes uses  CRM to better understand their guests' needs, improve hospitality and provide personalised services prior to arrival. By retrieving the necessary information in advance, LoungeUp has helped reduce check-in and check-out times, allowing guests to quickly access their accommodation and enjoy the estate from the moment they arrive.

➤ 78% open rate for e-mail campaigns throughout the guest journey, including 81% before the stay
➤ 80,000 app users over the 2022 season
➤ More than 1 million page views on the app
➤ More than 7 minutes on average per session on the app
➤ 16,000 app downloads on iOS, 13,000 on Android
