List of arrivals / departures

Reception has access to a complete list of guests for the day, all on a single screen. At a glance, they can check whether the guest has completed their check-in and if necessary, send them a message, or initiate the card debit when the guest leaves.

Registration form

Guests can either receive the registration form on their smartphone via text message or complete it on a tablet at reception where they can check their information and sign. They can also complete the information of those accompanying them. If contact details are added or changed, the customer database is automatically updated.

Online payment

Before arrival, the guest can complete an online bank pre-authorisation. Thanks to 3D-Secure, the hotel will be able to charge guests at the end of their stay, in one click and without any unwanted surprises. The amount of the pre-authorisation is calculated automatically according to the hotel's policies (reservation channel, type of stay, price code etc.).

Automated messages

Messages can be automatically sent by email, push notification, SMS or Whatsapp to remind customers who have not completed their check-in or to notify them of their check-out and charges to their card.

Connected to your PSP
