The LoungeUp solution is sold on a subscription basis. The amount of the subscription varies according to the plan chosen and the number of rooms.
The subscription includes the license, upgrades that are continually made available, ultra-secure hosting, and unlimited support for all members of your team.
Set-up fees are also charged.

Can I subscribe to Dmbook in addition to Communication / Engagement / Insight / Enterprise?
Yes, the solutions are complementary.
The Communication, Engagement, Insight and Enterprise packages deal with guest relations (you can only have one of these depending on the features you want to use) and Dmbook deals with internal operations management.
So you can use Dmbook alongside one of the other plans. The products work very well together!
Can I subscribe to Dmbook only?
Yes, of course! This plan only allows you to manage internal operations, not interactions with your guests.
Is there a charge for connecting to my PMS?
No, Loungeup does not charge any additional costs for using the interfaces with its customers’ third party systems.
However, some software may charge you for the connection; we advise you to contact them directly to find out about these rates.
Is there a limited number of users?
No, the subscription includes an unlimited number of users. We believe that to get the most out of LoungeUp, it should be used by as many people as possible, so we don’t impose a limit.
