Co-founder and CEO
After twelve years in the SaaS industry, Mathieu founded LoungeUp with Lionel Tressens. He is in charge of the strategic and operational side to LoungeUp, in particular, the successful integration of LoungeUp with customers. He regularly gives talks at conferences and hospitality schools.
Co-founder and CTO
Previously CTO of Europe's leading blogging platform, Overblog (+30 million users), Lionel is in charge of all technical aspects of LoungeUp. His experience in the implementation of a platform managing a very large volume of users is an asset for LoungeUp's clients.
Founder of Dmbook Pro and Senior Customer Success Manager
After a decade as a customer relations manager in 4 and 5 star hotels in Europe, Bruno founded the company Dmbook Pro which joined LoungeUp in 2020. He is now in charge of some of LoungeUp's clients and is still very active in the industry, notably as a member of the AICR and as an examiner for the Worldskills in Hotel Reception.
Head of Product and Customer Success
After several internships in "big companies", Grégoire decided to do his last internship at LoungeUp, which was just starting up, with the idea that his work would be much more visible. He then evolved with the company and now wears 2 hats: He manages the key accounts of LoungeUp and is in charge of the product.
As a salesman for nearly 20 years in various industries (printing, business travel, security and hospitality), Grégoire has mastered the art of selling solutions to prospects. For the past 3 years, he and his team have been in charge of developing the French (and French speaking) market.
Marketing and Communication Manager
Marylou has been in charge of Marketing and Communication at LoungeUp for several years now. She has been contributing to the development of the brand since the beginning and is known for her monthly press review that she sends to the Hotel Tech community. She is in charge of the content strategy and regularly writes articles and studies that are published on the blog.
