Co-founder and CEO
After twelve years in the SaaS industry, Mathieu founded LoungeUp with Lionel Tressens. He is in charge of the strategic and operational side to LoungeUp, in particular, the successful integration of LoungeUp with customers. He regularly gives talks at conferences and hospitality schools.

Co-founder and CTO
Previously CTO of Europe's leading blogging platform, Overblog (+30 million users), Lionel is in charge of all technical aspects of LoungeUp. His experience in the implementation of a platform managing a very large volume of users is an asset for LoungeUp's clients.
Grégoire Tiers
Head of Product and Customer Success
After several internships in "big companies", Grégoire decided to do his last internship with LoungeUp, which was just starting up. He then evolved with the company and now wears 2 hats: He manages LoungeUp's key accounts and is in charge of the product.

Marketing and Communications Director
Marylou has been in charge of Marketing and Communications at LoungeUp for several years now. She contributes to the development of the brand and is known for the Press Review she sends out every month to players in the Hotel Tech sector. In particular, she is in charge of content strategy and regularly writes articles and studies that are published on the blog.
