LoungeUp Academy offers you a catalogue of video training courses to teach you at your own pace and convenience.
Each product or feature you use is covered in detail in accessible courses to help you become familiar with their setup and function.
Courses dedicated to you
No previous experience is required to follow the training courses, the goal is to train both users who have never used LoungeUp and those who are already confident with the platform and wish to go further or refresh their memory.
These video trainings aim to make you feel confident in changing the settings of one of your campaigns, updating your guest portal, etc. on your own, if you wish to do so.
At the end of each training you can test yourself and check that you have learned all the important information.
You will receive a diploma that can be used in every establishment that is a client of LoungeUp.

The training center is not intended to replace the day-to-day support of our team or the supervision of your project manager. We continue to offer live training for your staff and the option of online sessions around on particular topic.
