The D-EDGE CRM Academy offers you a catalog of video training courses, so you can learn at your own pace and when you're available.
Each product or feature you use is covered in detail in accessible courses to help you become familiar with their setup and function.
TRAINING
Courses dedicated to you
Level
No level is required to take part in the training courses, the idea being to train both users who have never used the solution and those who are already familiar with the platform and wish to go further or refresh their memory.
Independence
These video trainings aim to make you feel confident in changing the settings of one of your campaigns, updating your guest portal, etc. on your own, if you wish to do so.
Certification
At the end of each course, you can take a self-assessment to check that you've learned the important information.
You receive a diploma that can be used at any D-EDGE CRM guest location.
