The project with LoungeUp

Luxury and authenticity do not mean technology-free.

To make ordering service easier, Airelles has tablets in its rooms and suites on which guests can book its most luxurious services with a few clicks, whether it's a helicopter ride, in-room dining, a special pillow, or simply to call the valet.

This guest portal also provides access to television channels through a partnership with EONA.

The guest portal is also accessible on the guests' phones, through which they can discover the other establishments and access the world of the Maisons Airelles. 

The ordering of services being facilitated, the group records more orders whether it be :

  • Reserving a table at the restaurant
  • Spa treatments
  • A request to the housekeeping, laundry, valet, a room clean, etc.
  • The online store: gift sets, delicatessen, children's gifts, etc.
  • A transfer to or from the hotel

Instant messaging integrated into the guest portal provides a quick way for the guest to contact the front desk or concierge without having to go down to the front desk or pick up the phone.
