Paradores digitise their services through implementing a virtual concierge
Paradores is taking a step further towards improving their guests’ experience and increasing their security by digitising their services through use of LoungeUp’s virtual concierge.

From their mobile devices, guests can contact the front desk or directly order breakfast to their room, reserve a table in one of the restaurants, or book a spa treatment.
They can also request to delay their departure (a late check-out) or even get information about the hotel's recommendations in the area.
