NEHÔ Group goes further in the digitalisation of the guest journey with LoungeUp
NEHÔ Group has selected LoungeUp to control the guest journey from A to Z in all its establishments.

NEHÔ Group is a hotel group from Nice with around twenty establishments in France and Belgium. This hyper-growth group regularly equips itself with new technologies to remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
One of their wishes was to launch a global CRM (guest relationship management) project to better work on the guestr journey and loyalty. They chose LoungeUp which already equipped two of its establishments and offered what they were looking for: an all-in-one solution with CRM, upsell, instant messaging and digital room directory functions.
