The aim of this conference is to give you the tools to manage innovation in your establishment, the "how to think" to make the right decisions. More than 200 hoteliers have already registered!
Our contribution to this conference will focus on how technology can help hoteliers smooth the guest journey and eliminate friction points by dematerialising the guest journey. From a single platform, the hotel has access to all the exchanges with each of its customers, which it can consult and exploit. The tool serves as a single database of all customer information.
