D-EDGE CRM needs to retrieve account information to connect the two solutions. The hotel also has to make some settings to authorize the connection in VEGA(variable depending on your software version).

D-EDGE CRM does not charge additional fees to connect the two solutions. However, Zucchetti may charge a connection fee. Please contact your contact person to find out the modality fee.
