LoungeUp needs to retrieve account information to connect the two solutions. The hotel also needs to make some settings to authorise the connection in Protel (variable depending on your software version).
How much does the LoungeUp - Protel connection cost?
LoungeUp does not charge any additional fees for connecting the two solutions. Protel may, however, charge a connection fee. Please get in touch with your contact to find out the modality fee.
