D-EDGE CRM needs to retrieve account information to connect the two solutions. The hotel also needs to make some settings to authorize the connection in Protel(variable depending on your software version).
How much does the D-EDGE CRM - Protel connection cost?
D-EDGE CRM does not charge any additional fees for connecting the two solutions. Protel may, however, charge a connection fee. Please contact your contact person to find out the modality fee.
