How do I set up the LoungeUp x Customer Alliance connection?

LoungeUp needs the establishment's Customer Alliance ID to integrate the personalised link of each guest in the surveys sent out. This means that guests don't have to identity themselves to answer the questionnaires. If you already benefit from both solutions contact Customer Alliance here.

How much does the LoungeUp x Customer Alliance connection cost?

LoungeUp and Customer Alliance do not charge extra to connect the two solutions. Please make sure you are a client of both solutions to be able to access the connection.
