List of arrivals / departures

On a single screen, the reception desk has access to a complete list of the day's guests. At a glance, they can check whether the guest has completed his or her check-in and, if necessary, send them a message, or initiate a card payment when a guest leaves.

Registration form

The guest can either receive the registration form on their smartphone by message or complete it at reception on a tablet where they can check their information and sign. They can also fill in the details of accompanying guests. If contact details are added or changed, the guest database is automatically updated.

Online payment

Before arrival, the guest can complete an online bank pre-authorisation. Thanks to 3D-Secure, the hotel will be able to charge the guest at the end of their stay, in one click, without any unwanted surprises. The pre-authorisation sum is calculated automatically according to the hotel's policies (reservation channel, type of stay, tariff etc.).

Automated messages

Messages by email, push notification, SMS or Whatsapp can be sent automatically to remind customers who have not completed their check-in or to notify them of their check-out and the charging of their card.

Connected to your PSP

The LoungeUp platform is connected to a maximum number of Payment Service Providers, allowing your property to use the system of your choice to ensure the lowest possible bank charges.
