The project
Using LoungeUp, the group aimed to improve the guest experience by offering online check-in as well as a digital room directory to facilitate ordering services such as the spa or restaurant.
✓ Personalise the guest experience
Before the guest's arrival, they are invited to complete their pre-check-in with the missing information that the hotel needs, in order to facilitate their arrival.
The services on site are also emphasised: the 2-star restaurant, the Vinotherapy, the wine château, etc.
The web and mobile guest portal / e-concierge is also offered to the guest, so that they can consult it before their arrival and be aware of the services they can order.
✓ Offer an online check-in
Guests are invited to complete an online check-in form that is already filled in with the information the facility has. Guests simply fill in the missing information and sign the registration form.
Pre-check-in allows guests to accelerate arrival and access their accomodation more quickly. It also saves time for the reception staff, with fewer administrative procedures to complete and more time to devote guests.

The CRM allows them to centralise guest information in a single database, which makes it possible to send carefully targeted communications.
